Order requests
Open your order page to request a cancellation, return, or refund. Our team reviews each request manually and contacts you by email. Sending a request does not automatically cancel an order.
Preview testing
Only test transactions are available. Sandbox refunds return test balances and do not move real money. Commercial return windows, return addresses, and supplier arrangements will be confirmed before live launch.
